Aristide | Mansfield by Walters Wedding Estates’s elaborate design and grand amenities promise to make your wedding one to remember. This venue accommodates up to 350 guests and is modeled after an 18th-century Italian villa. Whether your wedding is on the grand outside staircase, nestled under the loggia, or in our indoor ballroom, Aristide’s beautiful landscape makes for a spectacular setting for your wedding. We have two wedding suites uniquely designed with every aspect of you in mind! Our primary Wedding Suite includes a private restroom, makeup and hair stations, a 3-way mirror, and a pedestal. Our secondary wedding suite includes a private restroom, TV, and plenty of seating to relax before your ceremony. Our grand ballroom is the ideal space for your dream reception. Aristide | Mansfield’s 16 arches in the second story of the ballroom can provide colored lighting that will complement and set the mood for your event. The ballroom has four large 6-foot-high chandeliers that are quintessential Tuscan. The wooden beams in the ballroom complement the floor detail and tie the room together. I cannot at enough wonderful things about The Aristide Mansfield! We signed our contract in October of 2020 for June of this year and we so happy with our expirence. When touring the venue initially, Audra was super helpful and answered all of our questions and was very thorough when going over each package and what it included. We liked that it was all inclusive and we did have to worry about caterers or alcohol. We were able to set up a payment plan and had access to an online portal. I loved that I could schedule a visit to the venue whenever I nedded for planning and they also hold open houses where you can meet some of their prefeered vendors and smaole some of their menu (highly recommend going if you can)! At our details meeting Mykah and Libbie were amazing with helping us figure out the little things we needed for the day of and took some of the stress off knowing that we would be taken care of. Our wedding day was PERFECT! It went so smoothly and other than a shoty AC in the brides suite everyone had a blast! The venue is beautiful (we kept flowers to a minimum because the place is beautiflu all by its self!) and it was a dream come true! Mykah and Libbie made sure everything happed as it should and that the night moved along perfectly. Thank you ladies and The Aristide Mansfield staff for an amazing night!

Miranda was such an amazing coordinator. From helping wrangle my kids to making sure I stayed calm, she really helped me and my girls feel amazing. Rain almost interrupted the day and she was quick in her feet to put everything in place. With lots of schedule changes she accommodated me, my husband and my family with such professionalism. I can’t say enough about not only the venue but Miranda!

We had our wedding at Aristide Mansfield this past weekend and it couldn’t have gone better!! Our day of coordinator, Miranda was the best and made sure everything was taken care. We used the vendor package at Aristide (flowers, photography, DJ James, desserts) and all of them exceeded our expectations! We had an Indian/American wedding and Miranda made sure all of our special touches were taken care of and stayed on schedule. Highly recommend this venue we wouldn’t have changed a thing about our wedding!!

I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out at our wedding last weekend….all of my guest were in love with the venue just as much as I was. The food, the cake, the DJ, florist & photographer were provided by the venue and all did exceptionally well! It was all perfect!! We absolutely loved our DJ Jamael, our driver for the night I am not sure on his name, and bothe the ladies Miranda and Jamie. They all made our wedding day 1000 out 10 really really amazing! We did have 1 tiny hiccup but it was no fault to any of the people that I have listed. Even the cake decorator and catering did amazing jobs as well! If I could give them a lot more stars I would do it with no hesitation.

I had my wedding on July 20, 2023 and it went perfectly!! We got the vendor package and it was extremely helpful not having to search for individual vendors since we were new to the area. Our planning rep was Hailee and she answered any questions I had extremely fast! Then our day of coordinator was Miranda and she was amazing!! She checked on us throughout the whole wedding to make sure if we needed anything that we had it. Miranda also was great answering any questions my parents had as well! Our wedding was a success and we had an amazing time. I would recommend having your wedding at Aristide Mansfield.

As a bride that leaves out of town, travels a lot, and works full tim, choosing Walters Weddings was one of the best decisions I could have made! I like to be in charge of decisions but mainly have someone assisting me with planning, timelines, and suggestions in order to make the best choices!My planning team has been awesome 🤩 They were always available and always ready to answer any of the many questions I had about anything. They always made sure I could incorporate my own customizations in the timeline and flow of the events. And something to appreciate a lot os their response and action time.Special shout out to Melanie at Aristide Mansfield for helping me with all the details!Talking about the venue, it is perfect for a mid-sized wedding. They have spaces separated for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and the whole vibe is romantic and intimate, very european/italian style. Perfect venue if it is what you are looking for :)

We had an amazing experience and enjoyed working with Audra H. and Melanie G.! They are amazing and super helpful! The venue is absolutely gorgeous! A beautiful mix of European inspired meets romantic vintage aesthetic! The outdoor area is a perfect place for our outdoor wedding ceremony! I can't wait for our special day!

Aristide Mansfield was the first and last venue I visited when deciding where to get married. The whole venue is gorgeous and very romantic. I knew I didn’t want to spend extra money on decor and this venue doesn’t need much to make it your own. You could honestly have the bare minimum and have a beautiful ceremony and reception.This venue offered in-house catering which was a big stress relief and the food was incredible! We had the fajita dinner! Shoutout to Jennifer!❤️Our provided DJ from CoHost Entertainment kept me dancing the whole night! And correspondence was quick and helpful. Ask for Nolan Baack. ❤️Sarah was quick to respond when planning my tour and answered any questions I had along the way. I signed the contract same day, and was confidant about everything I had selected.Mykah then corresponded with me through email to answer anything about the venue details.Melanie also reached out and offered any help that needed to finalize vendors and contacting them. One month before my wedding, Melanie conducted my final details meeting. And helped decide details I hadn’t even thought of.Day of my wedding, I was greeted by Mykah and Whitney. They were very efficient and respectful not to interrupt the bridal suite more than needed. I completely trusted them to takeover some of my decorations I brought from home. My wedding ran smoothly because of them and I want to thank everyone who helped me create my best day ever!❤️

Overall 5-stars, this venue is GORGEOUS and we are so happy we went with this location. If you are looking for a quaint venue that is different from most that you will find in DFW - something like out of a fairytale - this was perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests! Additionally, the venue was VERY well managed and our night went so smoothly - any hiccups that did occur were not even noticed because everything else was great. Just to sum up everything:PROS:-Beautiful Italian style exterior and romantic, cozy interior with plenty of opportunities for photos. Great lounge space both inside and outside. -Venue rental itself is affordable (especially if done on a day that isn't Saturday!)-Food was great.-Service was amazing, lots of compliments on bartenders especially. The day-of-coordinator was very helpful in making the day go smoothly and responding to my last-minute requests. -Again, great management, everything was very well organized. It rained the day of my wedding and the front entrance was very slippery and wet, my mother in-law brought this to the staff's attention and they had the floor cleaned soon after! -Plenty of hotels to stay at in the area and near major highways for easy access to transportation.CONS:-If you are trying to save money for your wedding, having to use their in-house caterer + bar/bartender package really makes things very expensive, especially if you’re having a large wedding. If you want appetizers to be served for cocktail hour, that is an additional charge per head per appetizer. So yeah, for food and drink alone it adds up real fast so that may be something you want to seriously take into consideration. This goes for all Walters Wedding venues though!-The only form of communication with the venue I’ve successfully had is via email or talking to them in person (and I've only seen them twice in person). I tried calling a few times but never was able to get ahold of anyone. They thankfully respond on the portal usually within a day or two, but it’s inconvenient when you have a time-sensitive question, or if you have a lot of questions sometimes it’s difficult to get answers to all of them (which means asking the same question multiple times sometimes).-While a day-of coordinator is provided by the venue and one of their duties is to coordinate the entrance processional for the ceremony, I was not informed until a couple of weeks before the wedding that they do not coordinate ceremonies that take place outside of the Aristide. Basically it's just assumed everyone is getting married at the Aristide which I thought was not very inclusive to those of us who are of certain religions and have to get married at religious institutions. With not much time left until the wedding, this left me out of a coordinator for the actual ceremony and the processional was *almost* a trainwreck because we didn't have any guidance and were left to figure out timing on our own. Thankfully it was mostly fine, but if this was made clear to me well in advance I would have made proper arrangements to find someone to coordinate our ceremony processional to save the unnecessary stress this caused me at the rehearsal and leading up to the ceremony.The cons aren’t enough to outweigh the pros in my opinion, it was still the most perfect day ever. I just want to make future brides aware of these few things! Otherwise, I highly recommend this venue!!

Aristide made my wedding planning so so easy!! But the best thing about this venue is the staff! Mykah and her team handled my wedding with such ease and grace! We had a huge vendor mistake with my flowers(the vendor brought the wrong colored flowers to my wedding) and still Mykah and her team handled the situation perfectly to allow me to focus on my wedding day and not what happened. Mykah checked on my continuously through the day and especially during the reception to make sure me and my husband had everything we needed. Mykah personally kept in contact with me after my wedding and worked tirelessly to help me get a refund from the floral vendor that delivered my flowers incorrectly to my wedding. She intervened on my behalf to her management to tell what happened on my wedding day to make sure the situation was made right. She was excellent and personally I believe she deserves a HUGE raise. I loved working with her and her team.

We have no regrets about booking here for our wedding. Their all inclusive packaging was a great investment and took a lot of stress off our plates. The day of coordinator and food and drink coordinator (Libby and Mikah) were amazing and everything went smoothly. We booked intending on an outdoor ceremony but had move inside due to weather. However, everything was set up beautifully inside and we didn’t feel like we missed out with this change. They were able to flip the room quickly and everything looked flawless. If we had to say anything that could be improved is we wish we had a phone call meeting in addition to the on-site meeting for organization questions and progress with associated vendors. Some details we did miss like if the Photo Booth photos were being printed and if props were provided.We received many compliments on the wedding venue, the florals, the desserts, and the DJ. Nolan with Co-Host did an amazing job. Everything was perfect and we could not have asked for anything more.

Aristide mansfield did very good with our wedding.Good things; Very good communication. Amazingly beautiful venue. Good food. Reasonably flexible DJ was able to read the room very well, they were able to get the best parts of the songs for each of us Good at running receptions Could improve; The team at aristide are not very good at running ceremonies. The coordinator was the last to arrive the day-of the wedding, and was often lost on what the plan was (despite us going over these details months before). Overall, I think our ceremony would have probably gone smoother if we had no coordinator from the Aristide's team, because then we wouldn't have to rely on them. During our ceremony, the Aristide's DJ got the songs out of order, and an ad played in the middle of our wedding party song. I think this could have been easily resolved if youtube premium was paid for (only $10/month). Also, the chairs at the ceremony were soaked, and had to be cleaned by our groomsmen & bridesmaids using bathroom towels. Our bar was also closed during our dinner for 30-60 minutes, but opened & closed at the exact agreed upon time. We paid ~$1,000/hour for bar services, so that was frustrating.

Booking Aristide- Mansfield was one of the best decisions my now husband and I made. Everyone that works there is so friendly and very accommodating. The packages are reasonably priced and you you're pretty much set up with most of the vendors, which was great because our packages included credits with the different vendors so we got discounts on a lot of what we really needed. The only vendors we found on our own was our photographer and videographer. All of the vendors the venue works with are exceptional; they are very attentive to what your vision is and work really hard at trying to accomplish what it is you want. I can't say thank you enough to everyone we worked with. Audra, Melanie, and Mykah are amazing at what they do and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place that is more all-inclusive. Also a big shout out to Lyons Paperie, Mindy at Lizzie Bees Flowers, Jenny Layne Bakery, and Jared of CoHost Entertainment, all of these vendors went above and beyond and made our day so very special.

My wedding was a BREEZE from start to finish! I always hear how stressful planning is and I can happily say that is not what I experienced at Aristide Mansfield. The packages are an incredible value and the venue is just stunning. I didn't feel like I had to spend a fortune on decor to make it pretty. Everyone was so complimentary of the food (we did a plated service) and it was served quickly. The bartenders were quick too, I never saw a line. Mykah was always checking on me. I didn't have to think about a thing!

We definitely recommend this venue everything was great. The only part that was upsetting was the food situation the food it’s self was amazing it was really good but the buffet part wasn’t the best they ran out of food and didn’t have enough food for the kiddos. If you chose to have your wedding here I definitely recommend using plated food instead of the buffet but other than that we had an amazing time and it’s a beautiful sight and they plan everything with your recommendations to decore and set up theme.

When searching for the perfect venue to hold my wedding I knew I wanted someplace with natural beauty. This location was on my list from day one of just the online pictures, I just had to wait for my in person appointment. I was so happy to find out that the venue was not as expensive as other venues that didn't have near the beauty this one did. Andrew did a great job walking me through everything before I made my final decision. Kaci Burke made sure all of my questions were answered up until the day of the wedding while she was filling vases with water for the tables. Yes, they do have vendors that they prefer you use, but I am very picky about many things including my food and flowers. They allowed me to use all outside vendors for my wedding which came together without a hitch!

This venue was the perfect space for my perfect wedding to my perfect husband. We didn't need to add much to the beauty of it. The day was the best I could have ever imagined. Kaci was always available to talk and get us the last minute changes. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us with our planning!!

The indoor and outdoor settings are both equally stunning, and the guests enjoyed all of the gorgeous photo opportunities. We chose the Italian dinner to go along with the Tuscan feel of the venue, and we are still hearing compliments on that delicious meal! The assistance from Kaci leading up to the event was incredible....I kept thinking, I should be doing something more, but she always had it covered. We are just beyond thankful for finding this gem, and cannot wait to hold another event here. Thank you, Aristide Mansfield!!

Words cannot describe the feeling of this place and the staff. From the very first time we met Audra we felt so welcomed. This location was the second venue we visit and my now husband and I fell in love with it. It fit our fairytale theme. Just the outside view looked like an amazing castle. After our amazing time with Audra, that’s when we met Kaci B. This lady right here was beyond outstanding. She worked side by side with our wedding coordinator Stephanie. And helped made our vision come true. The ballroom was decorated so nice and it was spacious. The buffet food was delicious and you couldn’t even tell that there was a buffet room during the ceremony. The bartender was fast with the drinks. The bridal suite was very elegant and comfy for my bridal party. The men had a ball in the groom’s suite. Parking was great and easy to get in and out of. Every spot on the site was great for pictures. We had the best time of our lives. Thank you all for our forever moments.

We knew from the second we drove up to the venue that this was where we wanted to get married. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and they even had upgrades done to make it even more beautiful. The ceremony space is to die for and I loved that all our guests could see us because of the staircase. The indoor space had plenty of room for our almost 200 guests and there was enough space for the dance floor. Something so unique about this venue is the buffet room that was out of sight and wasn’t in our pictures. You could take a picture almost anywhere in this venue and it would be stunning. The customer service we received from Kaci was outstanding. She is a busy lady but was always prompt and willing to respond to our questions and let us come by to look at the venue whenever we needed. Her and our day of coordinator from the venue were so helpful throughout the whole day and everything ran so smoothly. Even after the day of our wedding the were so helpful when we left some important items at the venue. The bartenders that worked our wedding were also amazing and kept the drinks flowing for our guests. I would not have changed a single thing about our day. I am still getting compliments about how well organized and beautiful our wedding was. I totally attribute that to Kaci and her awesome team!

Let’s just say, if I had to do it all over again, I would use this venue 100 more times! My initial meeting with Audra was great. She was very high energy and informative when she showed us around. The venue is absolutely beautiful. After the venue was booked we began our interaction with Kaci. I LOVED Kaci. She was very communicative, flexible, accommodating and just a really nice person. I loved working with her and knew that she would do whatever it took to make my day special. On my wedding day she did just that. We were extremely happy with the choice we made in picking this venue. Although the venue was affordable and beautiful, it was the PEOPLE that sold me and they did everything they said they would do and more!

Kaci alleviated all of my concerns very quickly and made it a great experience! Very accommodating, within reason, positive attitude and a please to work with. The pictures from the gorgeous venue will be treasured for sure. What a beautiful place! Our wedding photos turned out amazing!! There's so many beautiful places around the venue to take them! The reception in the ballroom was also an absolute dream! We had the venue all day and got ready there and Kaci made sure we had water and mimosas. The bridal suite was a great size to relax in and had plenty of room for all of our things! It was perfect!

I had an exceptional experience here having my wedding. I loved having the all inclusive package that included all services, from the food to the lights, to the decorations, car service after, cake, and dessert bar as well as the dj and the photo booth along with the premium bar drinks. Absolutely phenomenal service from Sarah and Kaci. Having this all inclusive package we planned everything in 2 months and everyone had a great time. Best of all the price was reasonable. The venue was beautiful and everyone involved were very personable and always available to answer questions along the way. I would definitely recommend this location for your wedding.

COVID-19 has been a monster of a headache, but Kaci and her team bent over backwards to accommodate us and our vendors! Especially with last minute request!!! The property is beautiful and well kept from the inside and out! The tasting was awesome and the caterered buffet on my daughters wedding day, was oh soooo good! April 3, 2021-280 guests. While we had staff tunrover during our 15 months of planning, our final contact (Kaci) was a blessing...organized and responsive.The venue is beautiful. The general housekeeping could be improved. We had to dust common areas. Recent renovations contributed to that. However, there is no one to take care of general housekeeping, even throughout the event. Trash cans were overflowing and empty soap dispensers in the restrooms for example.We had the venue from 11 am until 12:30 am. Our ceremony was at 6 pm and the grand exit at 11:45 pm. Based on this, we purchased an additional hour of bar service. In our planning meeting, we emphasized having sufficient supply of beer and wine. We knew our group, and this was one area that we could not manage as the bar was handled by the venue, per their guidelines. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE 4 HOURS OF BAR SERVICE FOR WHICH WE PAID. We were told that every bottle and can of alcohol in the venue had been consumed. WHAT’S EVEN WORSE, finding out after the event that that statement was a TOTAL LIE, as Management confirmed they still had beer in their inventory after our event! We are embarrassed that guests were turned away from the bar with no beer or seltzers for close to an hour FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN THE COORDINATOR (KAYLA) DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. In addition, the bartender had an attitude problem all night and responded well to those guests stuffing money in her tip jar or her hand.The next issue is the wedding coordinator (Kayla) making decision on our behalf to the detriment of our guests. I was told the cakes were too big for us to cut. She would take care. There were not enough pieces of cake cut to accommodate our guests, only to find out that portions of the cake that were “too difficult to cut” were SIMPLY THROWN AWAY! My caterer informed me that his staff pleaded to take the “trash” pieces home with them. Our cake stand was thrown away as part of the cake cutting fiasco lead by the venue’s wedding coordinator, Kayla.While the bouquet and garter tosses are happening, the wedding coordinator (Kayla) and security decided to begin cleaning the bridal suite cleaning. Upon walking into this and inquiring why, we were informed that she “did not want to be there at 2 am cleaning.” We now had bridal party members cleaning rather than witnessing fun parts of the evening. It really makes no sense as my family had paid for the additional time after the exit to thoroughly remove all personal items from the venue. Again, though, she was not interested to be there that night and made the evening hard on anyone around her. Secondly, security should have been with the guests and not cleaning the bridal suite. Something just wasn’t adding up. Further, our caterer and photographer made similar statements to us about her lack of interest in our event. The things she should have attended to (bar service, dimming of lights during dancing, access lighting, etc.) were ignored to “not be there all-night cleaning.”We are angry and embarrassed. We have tried to talk through the issues with the venue staff and regional manager. They acknowledge things were handled poorly and lies were told. I just want those considering Walter’s Wedding Estates to do their homework and beware based on our recent experience. I don’t want anyone to feel the way I do after so much time, money and effort has been invested in one of the most important days for families.

They made sure that our wedding day went smoothly, by checking in with us throughout the day. The staff provided us with multiple options from reception decor, to food to alcohol, and even recommended vendors to us. The staff was very professional, and very helpful throughout the process. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect.

Don’t get me wrong this venue is absolutely gorgeous and well I’m glad we booked this place for my wedding because of it being so gorgeous I was very very aggravated as a bride because the person I was dealing with for almost a year of my engagement left to a new place and I had to deal with a whole new person two months before my wedding but that being said things they were promised to me did not happen they tried very hard to make my bar selection to what I had been promised it was but it was not fully what I was promised and the fact that the communication between the Manager in me was very very poor anytime we tried to call no one answered so all I could do was email and the emails would be one a day because they would answer me after my break and never again for until until the next day. I strongly suggest as a bride if you do but this place to make sure that you get everything in writing that you were supposed to have and to get someone’s cell phone number. Our venue coordinator was absolutely amazing her name is Kayla and she did wonders for me on the day up I wish I could’ve dealt with her the whole time instead of the manager Casey.

The only good thing about this venue is the venue's beauty, however the service is just terrible. I was also a COVID19 bride and had to reschedule from my original 3/29/20 date and they would only let us choose from summer dates, which were not only miserable due to the 100 degree weather, but COVID19 pandemic would not have passed by summer leaving us with worse pandemic conditions. They stated they would not give us our money back at all if we didn't reschedule to an available date of June - August. Our new date became 7/12/2020 which we only agreed upon because I didn't want to be upset about it and chose to let go of the frustration at the time. Apart from the rescheduling unfairness in my opinion, the service was still very poor. The venue comes with a day of coordinator, and prior to the wedding I had 3 details meetings instead of one because they lost employees who didn't transfer the information. I also had my day of coordinator switch 3 times!Once a week before the wedding! I had to constantly reiterate my needs and come wedding day they still lined up my bridesmaids in the incorrect order even though it had been written down 3 times. The only reason they get one star is because they offered us upgraded linens at no cost and the venue is upkept well. Other than that, I advise any bride to stay far away from all Walter's wedding estate venues to avoid frustration.

The venue is gorgeous and the staff was nice and responsive and I was really looking forward to the wedding. Unfortunately, Walters Wedding Estates has a really poor policy around COVID-19 rescheduling. Our original date was April 25th, and around a month before the wedding the state/county went into lockdown and events were not allowed to be held. I was relieved that the venue was going to allow us to reschedule but disappointed that my spring date was now going to be in the middle of the Texas summer (August 1st). Unfortunately, with Texas rushing to reopen and cases surging it became very clear as the . My fiance's mother has doctor's orders to self isolate and not travel and all of our family members would be travelling to attend, so we really did not feel comfortable asking any family members to put themselves at risk to attend our wedding. I asked Aristide to let us reschedule again but was told they were not allowing it, and any rescheduling would be treated the same as cancelling and we would lose all of the money we paid (we were paid in full already). So, we decided to cancel a month before the wedding so our family could adjust any travel arrangements, and got only our measly security deposit back. I am hearing now that they are allowing people in similar situations to us to reschedule with proof of doctor's notices. I'm very disappointed it took so long for them to come around to a reasonable stance on rescheduling. So, in summary, it's a beautiful venue and I had my heart set on it and if things are normal I'm sure you'd have a wonderful experience, but I know as a bride I would very much like to know how a venue treated couples during COVID-19 so I wanted to give everyone the heads up.

First of all, The Aristide Mansfield is absolutely gorgeous! From the outside grounds to the inside. My husband and I knew immediately this was our venue once we toured the place. It's a full service venue that provides you with catering, bar service, chair and table set up, and day of coordinator. Overall, you really cannot go wrong with this venue. The food was amazing (even though we did have to pick food blind since their tasting process left a little more to be desired), and our guests kept telling us so afterwards! Our day of coordinator, Carolyn, was absolutely amazing. Our day was pretty hectic with weather and other fun wedding surprises, but she handled it like a pro and kept me as calm as possible. She honestly felt like a friend instead of someone doing their job and it was most appreciated more than I can say. She went more than above and beyond. We were insanely lucky to have her!

From start to finish Aristide and all their staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. We chose the Flower Mound location which provided an intimate French setting with a beautifully classic touch. Everything from the pews in the Chapel to the spacious suites was more than what we could have asked for. Typically when you go to a wedding there is something you don’t like, whether it be the atmosphere or food, but let me just say that although we did not have a chance to eat our food until later, it was still delicious. We also received very high praise from the guest on the food as well as the overall staff. Saving the best for last, I cannot say our wedding would have gone the way it did if it wasn’t for our coordinator Daniel. He made every aspect of the planning and day enjoyable and stress-free which is precisely what we wanted. As always things did not go as planned, and he did everything in his power to make sure we were taking care of. From our view this was not just another wedding for him, and he demonstrated every step of the way he was there for us. Not once did we have to ask for anything (and I am very particular) because he was ahead of my thinking the entire time. We would highly recommend any of Walters Wedding Estates as well as our fantastic coordinator Daniel!

The venue at Aristide Mansfield is absolutely breathtaking! The venue is surrounded by so much natural vegetation and it created such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere for our wedding day. We received numerous compliments from our guests for picking such a spectacular venue.The reason we feel this venue doesn't deserve 5 stars from us is because of our \"day of coordinator\" provided to us from the venue. When we booked our venue, we reserved the space for 350 guests and purchased their elite open bar package (their top package). With this package, it also included a beer bar inside of the reception space along with the main bar just outside of the main ballroom. We didn't learn, until we arrived for our rehearsal the day before the wedding, that they were planning to get rid of the beer bar completely. This information was never communicated to us, but was discovered by an observation on our part when we asked about the beer bar that was supposed to be inside of the reception space/main ballroom. We were able to get the beer bar back into the main ballroom, but the point is we would have never known about this until the day of the wedding (which by then would be too late to change anything) if not for our OWN observations. On another note, our \"day of coordinator\" was not the easiest person to work with. She was not very flexible and was not able to provide a lot of answers when we needed it. Most of her responses were, \"I'm not sure, I'd have to ask.\" We didn't quite understand why the venue would provide us with a \"coordinator\" if she would have to ask someone else for most of the answers. Why not just assign someone who can make decisions and provide immediate feedback to a couple already stressed about the wedding planning process? We're happy that we did decide to hire our own coordinator, separate from the venue, to assist us with planning our wedding. If it weren't for our coordinator we hired, we don't know if this wedding would have been possible.(minus 1.5 stars for \"day of coordinator\")Aside from the \"day of coordinator,\" we also had an issue with our signature cocktail. With the bar package we purchased, we were also able to have a signature cocktail to highlight our bar package. We chose to go with their highly recommended cranberry mule. Til this day, we are still wondering why this cocktail was so highly recommended because it tasted like something you would find in a college bar - poorly mixed and definitely not taste-tested by the bartenders. We both took one sip of the signature cocktail and didn't dare touch our cups again. We also made a special request for Heineken to be one of the beer options for our guests. Because it was not a beer they have in stock, we had to pay an extra fee for them to bring it in. In addition to paying this fee, we also communicated to the staff that the majority of the beers consumed would be Heineken, yet we still had guests mention that the Heineken had run out about 1.5 hours into the night. This was particularly upsetting regarding of the fact that we paid their \"fee\" to stock the item only for it to run out so early into the event. (minus 0.5 stars for bar and service)In conclusion, we did have an amazing night, and the venue was absolutely spectacular! We just wish things would have worked out better with our \"day of coordinator\".

***LONG REVIEW ALERT***Aristide Mansfield was hands down the best decision I made (right behind my groom and dress choice) throughout the whole wedding/wedding planning experience! It was the first and ONLY venue tour I booked! I knew right away, this was it! They absolutely did not disappoint! The first half of my experience I was working with Audra, a true gem! That woman is so amazing, so down to Earth, she's real with you, no \"pitch\" or salesman vibe, she was laid back but at the same time definitely had her stuff together and was on top of it all. It's hard to put into words, just know she's the bomb! The second half of my experience (and actual wedding day) I worked with Karissa. I cannot even type out all of the amazing comments and feedback I got from not just my family and wedding party, but the guests even noticed how wonderful she was! I could never thank her enough for everything she did! The food was amazing, we chose to do the buffet style with Milestone. The bar package was perfect. We opted for an inside wedding even though it was a very tough decision because of the drop dead gorgeous landscaping and outside. You just never know with Texas weather! The room flip went flawlessly. The bridal suite is a dream! The groom suite is a little on the smaller side so if you have a big wedding party keep that in mind but guys usually don't need a ton of room anyway!I also chose to have my bridal portrait photo shoot session at the venue 6 weeks prior to my wedding day. They completely shut it down for me so there were not any tours or anyone there to worry about, without me even asking! We had the whole place to ourselves and it made the photo shoot that much more enjoyable, fun, stress free and memorable.I do have to mention, one of my favorite aspects was the communication. I called, I emailed, and I even texted (a lot) all with immediate and helpful responses. You can really tell the staff up there is like a little family and they are so down to Earth and really make you feel like you're apart of the family too. I would book with Aristide Mansfield 1,000 times over again. I'm actually going to miss working with them! It makes me sad! They're amazing!If you're engaged and planning your wedding (or other event), don't stress yourself out! Aristide Mansfield was my one-and-done so check them out! I bet they'll be your one-and-done too!

Some details about my wedding. My husband and I got married on 4.26.19. We had 100 guests including us, our wedding party and a hand full of vendors. We bought the house bar package and catering through them. I love the payment schedule because 3 months before the wedding we had everything paid off. The food was great! We got the BBQ menu. We loved Aristide Mansfield! It was the perfect mix of outdoor venue, amazing reception area and bar area. Our coordinator Annabell and her team were amazing. I didn't expect it to be as seamless it was. It felt like they genuinely cared about me and like they were long time friends helping me make our day awesome. I wish I could marry my husband again so we could pick this place again.

Aristide Mansfield was absolutely amazing!!! From the first moment I stepped into the beautiful venue, I fell in love with it! Their staff is the best ever, especially Audra Richardson. She ran my wedding and was so insanely helpful!!!! All the girls there were!!! I am a little detailed oriented and like to be very organized. I emailed them probably at least 3 times a week with various questions. They always responded asap and answered everything thoroughly. Audra and her assistant even saved my dress that night! I had a zipper malfunction but they worked together and managed to come up with a plan to fix it promptly. <3 We decided to use the in house catering, which turned out great! It was all very delicious and the chefs were extremely kind. Everyone had a great time. Our 1 and only complaint about it all was the left over policy... Which is a pretty common policy but I still feel it is a little unfair... If there is left over food, you are not allowed to take it home due to a liability issue. I personally think that is ridiculous. If I paid for it, I should get to take it home. And if they are worried about people leaving the food out too long and getting sick and trying to sue, they should have a waiver to sign stating they cant sue, and to at least let the bride and groom take all the left overs. However, I feel like I would have ran into this same issue no matter what caterer we went with, so it's whatever. I just strongly encourage everyone who is trying to decide on the catering to ask their candidates lots and lots of questions about their policies. Their pricing is a little higher than some other venues, but it is a BEAUTIFUL VENUE! And the amazing staff totally makes it worth the little bit extra you pay!! I highly, highly recommend this venue to everyone! They're extremely helpful and made the planning process easy, its absolutely gorgeous venue, and it is super easy to get to off of Hwy 287! If you are planning a wedding, definitely go check them out, you wont regret it!!!!

My review has both the good and the bad. These are things that maybe to others are obvious but to an excited bride, were not so obvious to me. The building resembles an Italian chateau. It has a large ballroom chandelier. Unfortunately to have a slide show or movie of the bride and groom the chandelier must be removed prior to the big event. The front steps look great in photos and allow for many guest to attend. There is an outside covered pavilion. There is an outside fire place area suitable for a small gathering. If the weather is too hot, too cold, or raining, there is no formal inside place to get married. There is no inside staircase. There is a ballroom with tables but no isle for the bridal walk. You are not allowed to attach a roll out walkway for the bride for an inside wedding. You are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol even for the wedding toast. If alcohol is served at all, a police officer must be hired along with a fee. The price of alcohol is high. You are required to use their staff to serve the alcohol at an extra expense. The laws regarding alcohol differ per city limits, outside city limits, as well as different counties. Several of my friends got married at different venues and were able to hire there own caterers and bring in their own alcohol without paying any penalties. Don't believe anything from Aristide unless it's in writing. Don't assume you get what you see when viewing Aristide photos. (the photos have since been removed) There are NO SPARKLERS allowed even though their site had photos of a couple at night with sparklers. When questioning Aristide after locked into the contract, they stated the photo was taken when under different management. Also, forget the flower girl dropping flower petals, they aren't allowed. This venue (Mansfield) requires you to use their caterers unless you are willing to pay a large penalty to use an outside caterer. If you add table cloths or any \"extras\" they aren't refundable even if you ended up not using them. There is a pretty bridal suite for the bride to put on her dress. No alcohol is allowed in bridal suite. When asked about time allowed for bride and bridal party to get ready in bridal suite, I was told it was expected to have all makeup and hair done ahead of time. There is no place for a makeup artist or hair stylist to assist bridal party. There isn't an obvious place for the get away car or carriage outside front steps. As far as the contract, don't assume it is a standard contract. I signed the contract at an Aristide open house. It was busy and everything was rushed. I was told I should book while space was still available. If you sign up with this venue, make sure you know what you are signing. Have someone else carefully read the entire contract. Take time to go over every detail of the contract including the end of the contract and fine print. I suggest talking to a knowledgeable friend who has booked a venue previously to help you understand what you are signing. Once you sign, there is no changing the date or time. To add an hour to your short wedding time cost a lot. You are locked into the entire amount of the entire venue plus any \"extras\" even if your wedding is postponed or cancelled. The entire cost is due prior to the wedding date. There are NO VENUE REFUNDS other than your $300 damage deposit. You can buy wedding insurance but it is limited in what it will cover. Another words, make sure this is the correct venue for you and your future spouse before you commit. Please pardon my grammar mistakes. I hope this helps and best wishes to you.

Aristide | Mansfield was beautiful inside and out! You get the entire building and the grounds to yourself when you rent. Everything was carefully maintained and kept up to date. There are a few restrictions (like the time to enter venue and catering), but everything is laid out in the contract and the coordinators made sure to go over it all before you sign. Both Annabelle and Janelle were amazing in how responsive they were in communication, keeping me updated with everything going on during the wedding, and keeping my nerves at bay!

The venue at Mansfield was beautiful and I was impressed with the Aristide Coordinators. They were responsive with emails and I was able to answer with details I need whenever I called. However, there were several faults. We had our wedding outside and there was no outdoor speaker system resulting in my husband and I looking for a speaker system a day before the wedding. Secondly, because it rained the before our ceremony began the mosquitos were out in waves. We had to provide bug spray for our guests, so they would not get eaten alive. We joke around that the scent of our wedding was OFF Bug Spray. Third, we had the venue from 5 pm until 11 pm this include the wedding, reception, and to cleaning everything up. Well, our send off was at 10 pm and according to our families who did most of the clean up they were rushed out of the venue and the materials we provided were hastened to the sidewalk because the staff wanted to leave. My family was literally \"kicked out\" around 10:30 pm. While I would recommend this venue I would make sure you allotted enough time to deal with any additional packing of materials.

What an incredible staff! The crew at Aristide was there with us every step of the way and made planning for our big day a breeze. From their glowing smiles to their generous hearts to fight for us to have an incredible day, if I could go back and do it all again I would choose Aristide again and again!Their venue is absolutely gorgeous and they have such great attention to detail. Any bride would be impressed by their superior touch and excellence! Being at Aristide is like being with someone that is in your corner, they are trying to take advantage of you but are truly and genuinely interested in making your BIG DAY the best day of your lives. The start to the rest of your lives together begins right here at Aristide.

The Aristide is a beautiful place to have your special day and special occasion. We were married there on 9/8/18 and couldn’t be happier. The venue is affordable and I would recommend the in house caterer rather than bringing in your own. The formula Aristide has definitely works. No need to do anything other than add your special touches.

Beautiful venue I fell in love with since Audra showed us around! They are very organized with the process as well! The whole staff that works there are just amazing, they have a strong team! We can't say enough about how great Aristide in Mansfield is. Our wedding was better than we ever imagined it could be. The venue itself is gorgeous both inside and out. Our guests keep commenting on how beautiful the whole venue was (even the bathrooms). The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had an open bar and our bartender Claudia was top notch. The in-house catering from Milestone Catering was fantastic and had everyone going back for seconds. If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious venue with a friendly, helpful staff and delicious in-house catering, Aristide in Mansfield fits the bill.

Upon touring Aristide Mansfield, I fell in love. The grounds were beautiful, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were presented with their prices and it seemed expensive but worth the saved stress as it is an all-inclusive venue. After having my reception with 250 guests, I would not recommend this venue to any bride hosting a reception for more than 200 people. Throughout the 6 months that I spent planning with Aristide, I had three different event coordinators assigned to me. This led to miscommunication and inconsistencies with rules, prices, my contract, etc. I felt as though I kept getting passed off to the “new person”. For example, changes I had made to my contract with one coordinator was not passed on to the next and then became my responsibility to catch these mistakes in my final details meeting. I was told that management/rules changed throughout the time when I booked to when my reception took place and the different coordinators were unaware of what rules/prices/policies I had already been informed of. Two weeks before my wedding, my final bill ended up being a few thousand dollars more than my original quote because of the rule changes. After many phone calls and emails, management corrected these mistakes, however, this added unnecessary stress in the final weeks before my wedding. My next complaint about this venue was the bar service. We paid the full price for both bars to be open and were told there would be adequate staff to serve all 250 guests. This was not the case. I had multiple guests approach me after my reception about how long the bar lines were and how frustrating it was to wait so long for drinks. I was told the staff could not keep up by multiple different guests. At my final details meeting, my outside wedding planner asked my event coordinator if we could pay an additional fee to have the wait staff pass drinks during cocktail hour to avoid long bar lines. She claimed she has seen many other venues do this. The Aristide staff told us that they were “unable to accommodate that request” with no explanation. I was very unhappy with the service that was provided. The food was also served late. I was thankful that I had an outside wedding planner that stuck to her timeline despite food/bar complications, always made sure my groom and I had a drink in hand, and kept everything running smoothly. In my opinion, I did not think the Aristide staff was helpful during the reception. Overall, the venue is absolutely beautiful, however, the coordinating and planning staff were very difficult to work with and the wait staff could not keep up with 250 guests. I was so excited to have my reception at Aristide but ended up being very disappointed with this venue. After how much we paid, I expected better quality and more professional service.

It has taken me awhile to calm down before I could write an objective letter of warning to anyone thinking of using Hidden Pines Chapel or any of Walters Wedding Estate venues. They truly care only about getting your money and nothing of customer service or fulfilling a couples wedding. My son and his fiancé saw the Hidden Pines venue and put down a deposit for a February 2018 wedding date in January of 2017. My son and his fiancé started attending the events at HPC to meet and select the different vendors. We and her parents started paying on the wedding to HPC. Then in May of 2017, my son was accepted into a masters program in another state and found out he would be out of the country second semester working with companies internationally. He and his fiancé immediately contacted Hidden Pines Chapel to see if they could change the date of the wedding. Not cancel the wedding, but change the date! The answer was no. We contacted them trying to explain that we still wanted to have the wedding, we just needed another date due to circumstances not seen at the time. Still NO! We told them we would accept if there was a percentage of the venue fee they need reimbursement on since we had held that date and they only had 9 months to fill it. NO! That is all we heard no matter who we spoke to. Unfortunately the story doesn’t end there. My husband and I had purchased the open bar top shelf, and already paid in full. We asked that as per contract, we can change up to 30 days prior to the wedding date, so we wanted to change to house beer and wine and get the difference back. Again we hear NO! We then get an attorney who reads through the contract and said we have a case and will definitely get our money back. After speaking with the CEO of Walters Wedding Estates he told us he was understanding of our situation but not willing to give us any of our money back. Our attorney also informed us that they do not have company attorney’s, so even though we should get our money back in court we would have to pay for the legal fees of HPC if we take them to court per the contract that everyone signs when you first secure your date. So it would cost us more money to get back the money we lost. Now here’s the real sting. While we were working trying to get a different wedding date, and then trying to get the difference in bar cost back, our son’s fiancé parents were talking and organizing with the wedding consultant at Hidden Pines. They had planned a party for their friend at the venue, on the wedding date with all the food and bar that we had helped pay for behind our back. And both her parents and Hidden Pines didn’t want us to find out. My son’s fiancé found out and told us. We called Hidden Pines and again it did no good. This is a lying, dishonest, cheating company that only cares about the dollar!!!!!! They don’t care about you, or your relationship! My son is still with his fiancé. They haven’t yet gotten married as now they have to save money to pay for ANOTHER wedding that hopefully they will get! But here’s what Hidden Pines did...they broke the family at the beginning so badly it can’t be fixed. They took everything this couple had saved and hoped for, and they really made a mess of their situation. Now we don’t even want to be around her parents, or talk to them. Walters Wedding Estates...You were paid for a wedding you did not deliver, and help plan a party with the brides parents behind our back. What kind of company are you???

Aristide is amazing! All me wedding dreams came true!Annabelle was amazing for our wedding on Friday. It brings me to tears to think about how flawless our wedding was. She never stopped smiling and no request was an issue for her! She even put on my garter when I realized I didn’t have it on right before the garter toss. I am amazed at how she made it such a stress free event! She is definitely a keeper. Annabelle, we truly appreciate everything you did for us on our wedding day. You helped all my dreams come true! Our guests have done nothing but raved about how amazing all the details in our wedding were. I will definitely recommend Aristide to everyone! Audra was also wonderful. We met with her when we first were thinking of booking the venue. It was like she was part of our family. Everyone seemed to truly care about us. Thank you!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE ARISTIDE MANSFIELD VENUE. It is a breaktaking venue. My husband and I got married there 3/15/18 and everyone loved the beauty this venue obtains. I searched all across DFW area to find an affordable (BOOK ON A WEEKDAY) and beautiful venue that would enhance our dream wedding and Aristide Mansfield was the place! From the beginning we were always well accommodated and taken care of. The day of the wedding Audra and Courtney were the MVPs! They went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding went smoothly! Audra and Courtney knew exactly what they were doing and got everyone on the same page. The venue itself fit our huge wedding party so well also. I had 13 bridesmaids and my husband had 13 groomsmen. The suites for our wedding parties were a perfect size! I would pick them again if I had to do it all over. LOVE THIS PLACE.

My Fiancé & I had the worst experience at this venue, read all the bad review before you look at the good ones! They are holding our deposit! They aren’t willing to work with you when you are willing to work with them. We are business owners ourself and WE DO NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE the way they deal with their customers. They will do anything to get money out of you! FIND ANOTHER VENUE.

Don’t have you event here! They will lie to your face and act nice but really all they want is to suck any penny out of you. FOR sure will never deal with this company ever again. I’ll make sure no one I know books this. My friend had a terrible experience and now so am I! Stay away. They are going to respond back and say that She wanted to cancel but that was the only choice they gave her, after the choice of wasting her money on useless options like adding hours which the whole point was to take off. They will respond back with the fact that she wanted to cancel although that was last resort. They just want to look good to the public.

Just like many, the first thing I did was read reviews and visit this venue. BUT PLEASE BE WARNED! DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE. They are not willing to work with you nor even try to communicate correctly. There is no communication between the staff. I booked this venue so excited and happy to have my wedding there but I WAS SO WRONG! AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, everyone took back every word they told me. THEIR contact is so strict and unreasonable. My Venue total came out to over 9k and all I wanted to do was take out additional hours because after I’ve started planning I realized I don’t need them! The contact doesn’t mention anything at all about taking out your add on’s but they will do anything to keep you stuck in their contact. I already know what their response will be to this review “this is what you wanted, you wanted to cancel; we cancelled all further payments” YES YOU DID CANCEL ALL FURTHER PAYMENTS BUT YOUR HOLDING MY DEPOSIT FOR A VENUE I WANTED TO HAVE MY WEDDING AT. Now I have to look for a completely different venue, not enough time! Because you are not willing to work with your customers! DONT BE FOOLED BY THE WAY THIS VENUE LOOKS, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!

If I could give Aristide Mansfield 10 stars, I would! First off, this place is STUNNING--so many elements that truly make for the perfect wedding/event venue. Ashley was my day of coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. She was so quick to respond to all of my questions and always affirmed my thought process. She definitely took incredible care of us and I could not have asked for a better person to help run our special day. Thank you x a million, Ashley and all those at Aristide Mansfield, for the most amazing wedding day experience!

We booked our ceremony and reception at the Aristide in Flower Mound and are so glad we did! The venue is absolutely beautiful and from the moment we toured it we knew that it was where we wanted to have our wedding! My now husband and I are living in Hawaii at the moment and were planning our wedding from there, Priscilla was great to work with through it all and we even were able to Facetime with her to go over details while we were out of state! The whole day went off without a hitch and it was that much more of a memorable event because of her help and the location!

I absolutely love Aristide!! my husband and I fell in love with the venue because we love Italy and it looks just like Tuscany! The stairs are fabulous, the inside is elegant and romantic, and the outside is beautiful for pictures!! The team of ladies that work there are awesome, everyone that I dealt with was wonderful and helped me during the entire process and Jennifer, my day of coordinator was awesome!!!

BEWARE!!! My daughter found out her future brother-in-law had metastatic cancer within 2 weeks of putting a deposit down for months from now. They attempted to move the date to allow more time for the family to deal with this crisis, but they refused and she lost the $2000.

I was married at the Aristide location this June and my experience was far from perfect. My wedding coordinator argued with everyone the day of our wedding. She argued with my vendors and was even arguing with me SECONDS from me walking down the Isle. She refused my vendors dinner from our buffet and turned down a few of my guests (including a pregnant guest) from getting a second plate of food. Mind you, we fully paid for this food. She was not helpful at all and did not lift a finger the day of my wedding to help my family. Every time I had a question, she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. I will be contacting the corporate manager to voice my complaints. I would highly recommend looking for a venue with more professional staff.

Aristide was perfect for our wedding! The venue itself is GORGEOUS! There are so many places for photo ops, including the huge bridal suite, tucked away fireplace, and beautiful walkway. Our coordinator, Ashley, was so sweet and helpful getting everything organized from the details meeting to the day of the wedding. Aristide was easy to contact throughout the wedding planning process to answer my numerous questions (some I'm sure I asked twice, oops :) ). They were very helpful at the rehearsal making suggestions here and there to make sure everything was in order. The day of went so smoothly and I truly appreciated the hard work that their staff put in to make our wedding day the best. Thanks Aristide! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Aristide is beautiful and their staff KS incredible. My husband and I got married at the Flower Mound location last week and would recommend to everyone. Their staff is so kind and helpful, they're great at staying in contact with you, and incredibly professional. The venue includes a day of coordinator that you get to meet with a few weeks out to help your vision come to life and keep it running smoothly when the day comes. Absolutely wonderful to work with!
